Abstract

In this modern era, advances in technology, especially in the information field, have brought people to an era that is commonly called the digital era. In this digital era, humans can get various information in all parts of the world without waiting for a long time, with a very fast time we can get the information easily. We already feel that with just one smartphone we can access many things, from searching for information, entertainment, shopping, even for education. Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, schools and even universities were encouraged to carry out online learning from home. To support learning, some people use e-books as their learning media. The important point of this research is to know the success of its use e-books to understand the material in learning physics. Research system we used was filling out a questionnaire via google form for students of the 2019 class of physics education study program at Indraprasta PGRI University. From the survey results, it was found that e-books were effective in supporting physics learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, but the use of e-books are still rare. So it can be concluded that students need other learning media that are more interesting. Such as audio learning media, audiovisual and online practice.
