Peningkatan Mengaji Anak-Anak Di TPQ Masjid Nurul Hidayah Desa Padang Ulak Tanjung
Abstract
This community service activity aims to increase the interest and ability of children at TPQ Nurul Hidayah Mosque, Padang Ulak Tanjung Village. This activity is designed to provide a new approach in learning the Qur'an that is more in line with the interests and needs of children. Through the application of innovative and interesting learning methods, such as the use of audio-visual media, namely interactive videos about tajweed and makharijul letters, it is hoped that it can create a fun and effective learning atmosphere. In addition, intensive training was conducted for TPQ teachers on effective teaching techniques, such as activity-based learning approaches and strengthening knowledge about the pedagogy of the Qur'an and IQRO, to improve the quality of teaching and learning. The results of this activity showed a significant improvement in the ability to read the Qur'an, which was measured through students' reading and memorization tests every month, as well as assessments by TPQ teachers, showing an increase in accuracy and fluency in reading and understanding the meaning of the Qur'anic verses that had been memorized.
